We invite you to join us on February 11th, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM as award-winning Egyptian writer Yasmine El Rashidi discusses her debut novel, Chronicle of a Last Summer, the story of a young Egyptian’s woman’s political and personal coming of age in a Cairo enduring tumultuous times.
Yasmine will be in conversation about Chronicle of a Last Summer, and her thoughts on Egypt ten years after Tahrir Square with writer, former NPR foreign correspondent, and Cheuse Center Board member, Jacki Lyden in what is sure to be a truly dynamic discussion.
